Decoding Trust: AI, Attention, and the New Currency of Tech

In a world where digital experiences are more vital than ever, speed alone is no longer enough to ensure customer satisfaction - especially in the fast-changing APAC market. So, how can brands truly win?

According to a Salesforce report, 83% of customers expect to interact with a brand immediately when they reach out, and more than half will switch to competitors after just one poor experience. In this episode of Decoding Trust, we take a fresh look at the role of speed and explore what it really takes to build trust and strong relationships.

Discover how to close your consumers’ patience gap, foster deeper digital relationships, and secure your brand’s place in the hearts of Asia’s most discerning digital patrons. It’s not just about being fast. It’s about building trust.
